Most Buyers waste an inordinate amount of time and energy searching online property databases that are filled with outdated and inaccurate information. We use the one and only completely accurate and constantly updated database – the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Only paying members of the Iowa Great Lakes Association of Realtors have access. Accurate knowledge is Power.

Also, many Buyers haven’t secured the most important weapon necessary to make winning offers; a pre-approved home loan offering by a reputable lending institution with a dedicated, professional Loan Officer.  We encourage our Buyers to interview a couple of the best Loan Officers in the area to determine which would be the best fit for them. That’s so important!

  • Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
